**HOP (HOUSE OF POKARNA)** is seeking a passionate and skilled Digital Communicator to join our growing team. As a Digital Communicator, you will play a vital role in shaping our online presence and engaging with our target audience across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing social media channels, and implementing digital communication strategies that align with our business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital communication strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive audience engagement.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that incorporate digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze digital communication metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and optimize strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital communication trends.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to create visually appealing and engaging multimedia content.
- Respond to online inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor online reputation and address any negative feedback or reviews.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital communication and social media management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
