**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Executive (B2C | Lead Generation)
**Location**: Hyderabad (Work From Office)
**Experience Required**: 6 months to 2 years
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize B2C lead generation campaigns across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Manage end-to-end campaign performance, tracking key KPIs like CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Create engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor daily performance, analyze campaign data, and suggest actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure brand consistency and quality output.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Prepare and present campaign reports with clear recommendations and next steps.

**Key Requirements**:

- 6 months to 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2C lead generation.
- Proficiency in running paid campaigns on **Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)**.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and content marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
