A gypsum quality supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control within a gypsum production facility, ensuring that the manufactured gypsum products consistently meet company standards and customer specifications by monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, identifying quality issues, and implementing corrective actions, while also training staff on quality procedures and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. Key responsibilities may include:

- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implementing and maintaining a robust quality management system (QMS) for the gypsum production line.
- Conducting regular quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished gypsum products.
- Monitoring key quality parameters like density, moisture content, and dimensional accuracy.
- Identifying and addressing quality deviations from established standards.
- Performing root cause analysis to identify and rectify issues impacting product quality.
- **Production Oversight**:

- Collaborating with production teams to ensure adherence to quality procedures and specifications throughout the manufacturing process.
- Monitoring production lines for potential quality issues and taking corrective actions promptly.
- Analyzing quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- **Staff Training and Development**:

- Training production personnel on proper quality control practices and procedures.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their understanding of quality standards and best practices.
- Assessing employee competency in quality control tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹36,708.94 per month
