PROFILE:
**Job Description**:
The Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in developing,

implementing & providing with merchandising tools to our Sales team at POS to promote our

products and enhance brand visibility. This role requires strong analytical skills, a creative mind-set,

Marketing department by providing continuous support to Sales team, Dealer POS and Events with

various tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Co-ordination with creative agency to develop new catalogue & merchandising tools like

Sample Boxes, Architect Binders, Flyers etc
- Co-ordination with Factory team including QA & QC team to update catalogues at regular

interval
- Printing of all the catalogues, merchandising tools & brand stationery in a stipulated time

frame.
- Color matching of products presented in the catalogue with physical tiles would be one of

the most vital responsibility
- Ensuring the inventory management of all merchandising tools to ensure continuous

support to sales team & dealers.

- Build and maintain strong relationship with vendors and suppliers to get things done in

- Stay updated on industry trends, adaptive to changes as per market dynamics.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM Specialised in Marketing/Advertising.
- Proven work experience in marketing, preferably from Building Construction Material,

with Luxury brand or working with advertising agency will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with a demonstrated ability to
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects

simultaneously.
- Strong team member with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Designation : Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
