**Job Title**: Graphic Designer

**Reports To**: Marketing Manager

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Graphic Designer** to join our digital marketing agency. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and social media teams to create compelling visual designs that align with client campaigns and brand strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with copywriters, social media managers, and marketing strategists to deliver high-quality campaign visuals.
- Develop branding elements (logos, style guides, pitch decks) for clients.
- Create infographics, GIFs, and short-form motion graphics for digital campaigns.
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimised for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads).
- Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and marketing best practices.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in a digital marketing agency).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma (bonus).
- Knowledge of social media creative formats and best practices.
- Strong typography, colour theory, and layout skills.
- Ability to think creatively and convert marketing briefs into visually appealing concepts.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics/video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).
- Excellent communication and time management skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-3 years of experience in digital design or agency work.
