Graphic Designer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Design and produce a wide range of graphics, including but not limited to social media graphics, website visuals, banners, brochures, posters, logos, and other promotional materials.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms and mediums.
- Develop and present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining highquality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and software updates.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of a digital asset library, including images, templates, and other design resources.
- Work closely with the web development team to ensure graphics are optimized for various digital platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with web design, UI/UX design, and animation & presentation is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and other web development languages is an advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
