**Responsibilities**:

- Student Engagement: The purpose of the Customer Experience Manager is to implement centrally designed retention and engagement strategies for students across Foundation and Test Prep. Initiate new and maintain existing communication activities and campaigns for students and parents.
- Review existing programs and redefine them to improve effectiveness and address changing needs of the Students/ Parents
- Managing the reporting of KPIs which identify engagement, using any learning's to improve and optimize the customer journey
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through better product and draft product requirements accordingly
- Liaison with Product, Regional Operations and Academics to further the customer engagement journeys

**Required Skills & Qualification**:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Customer Experience design and quality
- Strong education pedigree/Consulting background is must
- Requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Clear communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a challenging and persuasive manner, to drive change management

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

**Education**:
