**Summary**:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs for a book publishing company. This includes designing book covers, promotional materials, website assets, social media graphics, and other digital or print materials that align with the publisher’s brand and vision.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Book Design**: Design eye-catching book covers, layouts, and interiors for both print and digital publications, ensuring alignment with the book's theme and target audience.
- **Website and Social Media Graphics**: Develop web and social media graphics to promote new releases, author events, and other company initiatives.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs are in line with the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms and materials.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, editorial, and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver designs that support promotional efforts.
- **Design Review**: Review and refine designs based on feedback, making necessary adjustments to meet project goals and deadlines.
- **Print and Digital Formats**: Prepare final design files for both print and digital production, ensuring proper formatting and resolution for each medium.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in the publishing, media, or creative industries.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw ,VFX, Canva etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and visual composition.
- Experience with both print and digital design formats.
- Knowledge of design trends and ability to create modern, fresh, and engaging visuals.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills to understand design briefs and collaborate with team members effectively.
