**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Develop and design various types of visual content, including brochures, flyers, posters, infographics, newsletters, digital ads, and social media graphics.
- **Brand Management**: Ensure all designs adhere to the hospital’s branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all materials.
- **Collaborative Projects**: Work with medical staff, administration, and marketing teams to understand their design needs and create tailored solutions that effectively communicate messages.
- **Patient Education**: Design materials that inform and educate patients about health conditions, treatments, and hospital services in a clear and empathetic manner.
- **Internal Communication**: Create internal communication materials such as staff newsletters, posters for in-house events, and other items that support hospital staff engagement and information dissemination.
- **Digital Content**: Design and update content for the hospital’s website, social media platforms, and other digital channels, ensuring consistency and quality across all online materials.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output while adhering to project deadlines.
- **Feedback and Revisions**: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs to meet their needs and preferences.
- **Stay Current**: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and techniques to ensure the hospital’s materials are modern and effective.
