PENNEP is looking for a reliable, detail-orientated Recruiter to join our company. Relevant skill sets are important.

**Responsibilities**:
Have involvement in the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals.

Negotiate commercial terms of business and rates.

Understanding the world of US IT & Software/Telecom recruitment, and hiring best practices.

Willingness to work the night shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Good understanding of US tax terminologies.

Building relationships with the best talent available in the US IT & Software/Telecom industry.

Expertly managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process for positions assigned. (Source, pre-qualify, interview, assess, extend/negotiate offers)

Experience in contract hiring.

**Required skills and experience**:
Knowledge of US employment terms (W2, C2C, 1099, Corp to Corp, etc.).

Must have prior experience in hiring US Citizens, Permanent Residents, and H1-B professionals in the US.

Understanding & skilled in researching various IT domains and technologies to understand IT requirements & formulate technical questions for screening.

Proficiency in Microsoft suite.

Strong time management skills.

**Nice to have skills and experience**:
Ability to use ATLASSIAN platform (Jira, Confluence).

Automation skills using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is good to have.

Ability in prioritizing and work on multiple projects concurrently.

**Education**:
Bachelor's Degree

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
