**About Us**:
We are a well-established Chartered Accountancy firm providing expert financial, taxation, and auditing services to businesses across various industries. We are looking for a **Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant** who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Audit & Assurance**: Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
- **Taxation**: Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax returns.
- **Accounting & Compliance**: Manage financial statements, reconciliations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Financial Advisory**: Support clients with budgeting, financial planning, and business structuring.
- **ROC Filings**: Assist in ROC compliance and company law-related matters.
- **Client Coordination**: Communicate with clients and regulatory authorities for documentation and compliance purposes.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: CA Inter (Semi-Qualified CA) with completed Articleship.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of relevant experience in a CA firm is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Tally, GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
- Knowledge of accounting standards, auditing principles, and Indian tax laws.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
