**Job Title**: Website Developer

**Location**: Elliot Road, Kolkata
**Employment Type**: Full-Time ; Hybrid
**Must Have : Own Laptop**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and enhance websites using **HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap**.
- Ensure websites are **fully responsive and optimized** for all devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to integrate UI/UX elements effectively.
- Optimize web performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experience.
- Debug and troubleshoot website issues to ensure smooth functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap**.
- Experience in building **responsive and cross-browser-compatible** websites.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with front-end frameworks like **jQuery**.
- Basic understanding of **SEO and web accessibility**.
- Familiarity with **WordPress or other CMS platforms** is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of **UI/UX principles**.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
