We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Website Designer with 2-3 years of exclusive experience in designing website pages using tools such as Photoshop & Figma.
- This is a **DESIGN-ONLY ROLE**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and thoroughly understand job briefs provided in English, with guidance and detailed explanations from the Team Leader.
- Design high-quality, responsive website pages using Photoshop or Figma, based on client requirements and branding guidelines.
- Create initial Home Page designs based on the brief and refine them according to client feedback.
- Upon Home Page approval, design corresponding Inner Pages while maintaining consistency with the approved layout.
- Revise and finalize designs based on feedback while adhering to project timelines.
- Ensure all designs align with modern web design trends and adhere to usability best practices.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience **exclusively in website design**.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
- **Language**: Ability to read and understand English effectively to interpret client briefs.
- **Design Focus**: Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing website pages with exceptional attention to detail, layout, and visual hierarchy.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong desire to continuously improve and refine design skills.
- A sense of ownership and accountability for the quality of work delivered.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively.

**Additional Skills**:

- Capability to search and select appropriate images from stock image websites based on the given brief.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Knowledge of current web design trends and user experience (UX) principles.
- Ability to provide creative input while adhering to client specifications.
