**A Day in the Life**

As Import / Export Analyst, you will be responsible for:
v Import Customs Clearance coordination with CHA

v Download transit report from SAP

v Coordinate with deliver team for inbound and outbound logistics activities.

v Support for process improvement and automation.

v Coordination with finance and bank for import duty payment.

v Coordination with business/RA team for import license and catalogue If required.

v HSN data base report to MDT stake holder

v Re import customs clearance

v Monitor e-Cash ledger for import shipments

v Monitor PD bond utilization

v Monitor duty script utilization

v Organize Country of Origi Certificate if required.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience, with a bachelor’s degree

**Nice to Have
v Expertise in external Trade and warehouse operations

v Timely response to internal and external stakeholder if any shipment stuck.

v Prioritizing and taking appropriate steps to comply with regulatory requirements can demonstrate a solid commitment to compliance and help safeguard against potential financial and reputational consequences.
