**Job Requirements**

Minimum 3-7 years' experience providing hands on IT support and interacting with enterprise
- Experience or aptitude for coding such as shell script or Python for automation.
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) - searching logs, process commands, start/stop processes, use of OS

commands to aid in tasks needed to resolve or investigate issues. Shell scripting knowledge a plus.
- Working knowledge of Elastic Search, Weblogic, Tomcat, OpenShift, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Understanding of Java (J2SE), spring, Hibernate, micro services is a must.
- Prior experience in automation projects is must.
- Understanding of Dev ops Tools like uDeploy, Ansible, Team City.
- Having Exposure of Site reliability engineering/devops concept.
- Python knowledge is a plus.
- Preferred knowledge of the ITRS Geneos monitoring tool. Ability to create alerting is a plus or equivalent

skills in another monitoring tool.
- Preferred knowledge of Control-M enterprise scheduling or equivalent scheduling tool.
- Ability to perform Oracle query creation, execution, and efficient usage of SQL Developer
- Working knowledge of Big Data - Hadoop/Secure Data Lake. Able to query Hive/Impala using dBeaver.
