Job Description,
- Identify the Competencies required
- Identify the source for hiring
- Co-ordinate with Recruitment Vendors
- Joining formalities
- Handling all the queries of the employees.
- Issuing offer letter, appointment letter, increment letter, confirmation, Experience letter.
- Collecting all the documents from new joiners, briefing them and completing all joining formalities of new recruits.
