Mandatory Skills: Zuora, SQL, Excel

Secondary: Coupa

**Responsibilities**:
Payment runs - manual trigger, daily monitoring, Splunk logs check, debugging and coordination in case of issues (SRE/Billing/Business teams).
Troubleshooting and resolving user requests as and when needed.
Assist with operating SOX control procedures.
Assist with creating documentation for procedures and controls.

**Qualifications**:
Mandatory 3-5+yrs of experience in Zuora administrative activities (User setup, bill runs, payment runs, system setup, configuration etc.)
Good knowledge on writing SQL queries
Good with excel.
Good understanding for SOX and change processes.
