Lead Business Analyst - Salesforce

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Create detailed business process flows, including _As-Is _and _To-Be _states, using tools such as Lucidchart.
- Translate high-level business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- **Project Delivery**:

- Track project deliverables, review for quality, and ensure timely closure.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide support during deployment.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for client coordination and communication.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.
- Escalate issues and risks appropriately to ensure project timelines are maintained.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and test scenarios.
- Maintain project artifacts and ensure traceability for audit and compliance purposes.
- Develop and present dashboards and reports summarizing project progress and outcomes.
- **Technical Expertise and Guidance**:

- Leverage Salesforce technologies, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, to propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement Salesforce configurations and customizations.
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party tools such as JIRA, MuleSoft, DocuSign, and Jitterbit.
- **Certifications and Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to compliance requirements such as FDA or industry-specific standards.Provide support in preparing project summaries and monitoring reports for regulatory bodies.**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- MBA in Finance or equivalent educational background.
- **Professional Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in Salesforce projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in **requirement gathering, client coordination, and project delivery**.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- **Certifications**:

- Salesforce Admin
- Salesforce Community Cloud Consultant
- **Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in Salesforce tools and modules.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft and Jitterbit.
- Experience with issue tracking tools like JIRA.
- **Core Competencies**:
