**Job Description**:

As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
- Delivery to customers: Delivers high quality standard and strives for excellence. Acts in a proactive, flexible and responsive manner to customer needs.
- Building Relationships: Establishes good relationships internally and externally.
- Personal Effectiveness: Operate independently and make a professional and positive impression on others.
- Timely and accurate processing of creditor, and investigator set-up’s.
- Timely and accurate processing of approvals set-up.
- Resolution of issues with suppliers, investigators and approvals set-up
- To help with any projects, and process improvement initiatives.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a multi-national function preferred.
- Relevant experience-Attention to detail essential
- Excellent analytical skills
- Computer literate with experience in Oracle and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work on own and as part of a tea
