**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Design Excellence**:Lead the design of large-scale construction projects, ensuring innovative and functional design solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.

**2. Technical Leadership**: Provide technical guidance and oversight to the architectural team, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

**3. Project Delivery**: Manage project delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion, and coordinating with cross-functional teams, including construction, engineering, and project management.

**4. Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring projects meet their requirements.

**5. Business Development**:Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and collaborating with the business development team to secure new projects.

**6. Team Management and Mentorship**: Manage and mentor a team of architects, engineers, and designers, providing guidance and support to ensure project deliverables are met and team members develop professionally.

**7. Quality Assurance**:Ensure high-quality design and construction standards, conducting regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.

**8. Risk Management**: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring compliance with company risk management policies and procedures.

**9. Collaboration and Communication**:Foster collaboration and communication among project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure project success.

**Requirements**:
**1. Education**:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.

**2. Experience**:Minimum 10-15 years of experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in a construction company.

**Skills**:
1. Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building codes.

2. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

3. Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

4. Proficient in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and renders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹52,028.09 - ₹69,276.74 per month
