- Answer and direct phone calls
- Should be active in Vendor Management
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Will be responsible for maintaining day to day scheduled records in excel.

- Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research
- Maintain contact lists
- Develop and maintain a filing system

- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Handle multiple projects
- Research and creates presentations
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc Organize
- Travel arrangements for senior managers
- Book rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels, etc.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Resolve administrative problems
- Coordinate office procedures
- Receive, sort, and distribute the mail
- Answer telephone calls and pass them on
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Oversee and supervise the work of junior staff
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
- Provide polite and professional communication
- Implement clerical duties and administrative processes
- Conduct data entry
- Confirm restaurant reservations for senior staff
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹13,462.73 - ₹15,000.00 per month
