Senior Manager/Chief Manager/ AVP / DVP - Treaty & Facultative **Responsibilities**:  Finalization and renewal of treaties  Review of treaty / portfolio performance  Exploring new markets for reinsurance support, guiding the department in getting the best terms from various markets  Obtaining details of new covers coming up in various markets and providing information to the marketing / underwriting team by liaison with insurance companies and reinsurers  Procurement of Facultative inward Premium (Domestic & foreign) and managing the same (creating a portfolio of inward business)  Providing information to management on the performance of each class of business and managing risk profile  Provide information to CEO for discussion in various forums / panels, study of exposures of the company and providing timely warning / suggestions / information to management  Ensure compliance of Regulator’s and management directives on Reinsurance (Board approved programme).  Any other job assigned by the management  Compliance to documented BPMS process  Develop subordinates and get them trained for higher responsibilities  Entrusted with Financial authority of upto INR 10 lacs  Authorised signatory for bordereaux, cash calls, mandate letters, etc. Skills & Competencies  Sound technical insurance and reinsurance knowledge  Team management and inter-personal relationships  Analytical skills & decision making abilities Interface (a) Internal All Department (b) External All Insurers, Reinsurers & Reinsurance Intermediaries Qualification and Experience: Professional qualification in insurance / reinsurance, exposure in reinsurance market Graduate/Post Graduation / MBA **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher **Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹230,000.00 per month Schedule: - Fixed shift - Monday to Friday **Experience**: - total work: 3 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
