Senior Manager/Chief Manager/ AVP / DVP - Treaty & Facultative **Responsibilities**: Finalization and renewal of treaties Review of treaty / portfolio performance Exploring new markets for reinsurance support, guiding the department in getting the best terms from various markets Obtaining details of new covers coming up in various markets and providing information to the marketing / underwriting team by liaison with insurance companies and reinsurers Procurement of Facultative inward Premium (Domestic & foreign) and managing the same (creating a portfolio of inward business) Providing information to management on the performance of each class of business and managing risk profile Provide information to CEO for discussion in various forums / panels, study of exposures of the company and providing timely warning / suggestions / information to management Ensure compliance of Regulator’s and management directives on Reinsurance (Board approved programme).
