**Key Result Areas**

- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to fulfil current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews and collect feedback to support the selection process.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for newly hired employees, ensuring completion of all necessary documentation.
- Generate regular reports to track recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.

**Knowledge, Competencies and Key Behaviours Required**
- Describe the essential background and experience required to perform the job rather than the knowledge and qualifications the job holder has._
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
