**Job Role & Responsibilities**:
2. Contact existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
3. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
4.Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
5. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services, making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals, maintaining the database of customers regularly, suggesting solutions based on customers’ needs and requirements.

**Qualification**: HSC at least.

**Communication**:Good English.

**Key skills**:MS Excel / Word

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
