Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed shop drawings for Pre-Engineered Buildings based on architectural and structural drawings provided by the client.
- Utilize industry-standard software (such as AutoCAD, or similar) to create precise and accurate drawings.
- Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and building codes.
- Review and interpret design drawings to identify potential issues and offer solutions for efficient construction.
- Coordinate with project managers, fabricators, and erection teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance detailing processes and techniques.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address queries and provide project updates.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Detailer with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in using detailing software (e.g. AutoCAD) to create accurate drawings and models.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and steel structures.
- Attention to detail and ability to spot design discrepancies or constructability issues.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and other stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time to meet project deadlines.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude to overcome challenges in the detailing process.
