We are looking for a Steel Structural Designer...

Experience: 8 to 10 Yrs

**Salary**: UP TO 1 Lakh

Location: Delhi & Bhiali

**Responsibilities**:
1. Analysis and Design of simple to complex Steel Structures (PEB) by using Auto CAD and STAAD Pro Programs.

3. Leading group of design engineers in carrying out the design and detailing of projects during the quote & job stage.

4. Site visits to analyze and propose solutions for field problems and erection errors. Training engineers to achieve optimum results.

5. Responsible for ensuring proper planning of shop drawing release to workshop, ensure that adequate resources are mobilized for detailing, solve detailing queries, monitor their progress and provide administrative support, as required.

**Required Skills**:
1. Excellent written and verbal communications Annually 29 Leave available

2. Knowledge of PEB components and its manufacturing process Annually 10 National Holidays

3. Reading PEB erection drawing and understanding erection procedures. Annually Encashment Facilities

4. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, juniors, other departments, sales teams, management, customers. Garttuity, Mediclaim Facilities Available

5. Regular relationship development and feedback with team of manufacturing, Architects, Projects Engineers, Designers and customers. Good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
