Front Office Associate-resort

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:Guest Services**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about the resort’s amenities, activities, and local attractions.
- Assist with concierge services such as booking tours, activities, or transportation.
**Front Desk Operations**
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, bookings, and payments using the property management system (PMS).
- Manage cash, credit card transactions, and guest folios efficiently and securely.
- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure guest needs are met.
- Handle reservation amendments, cancellations, and no-show charges as per resort policies.
**Communication & Collaboration**
- Serve as the primary point of contact between guests and resort staff.
- Relay special guest requests to the appropriate departments and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain effective communication during shift handovers to ensure operational continuity.
**Guest Relations**
- Build strong relationships with guests by addressing their needs and anticipating their preferences.
- Actively seek guest feedback to improve the quality of service.
- Assist in resolving escalated guest issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in front office or guest services, preferably in a resort or hotel.
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, IDS, or similar).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Knowledge of local attractions and activities.
- Ability to upsell rooms, packages, or resort services to maximize revenue.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
