**Job Title: Bookkeeper**

**Location**: Khar west
**Reports To**: Finance Manager / Accountant / Business Owner

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and support the external accountant as needed.
- Monitor financial transactions and reports for discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Manage payroll or support payroll processing depending on company structure.
- Support budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹8,455.61 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
