**About the Firm**

We are a dynamic Chartered Accountancy firm offering services in Audit, Taxation, Accounting, Compliance, Advisory, and Corporate Law. Our interns are provided hands-on learning, mentorship, and exposure to a wide range of client profiles.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Accounting & Bookkeeping**:

- Assist in recording day-to-day business transactions
- Bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and preparation of financial statements
- **Audit Assistance**:

- Participate in statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Perform vouching, verification, and documentation under guidance
- **Direct & Indirect Taxation**:

- Support in filing of Income Tax returns, TDS returns, and GST returns
- Assist in preparation of tax computations and data collation
- **ROC & Compliance**:

- Assist in preparation of documents and forms for MCA filings
- Support compliance under Companies Act and LLP Act
- **Client Servicing & MIS**:

- Help prepare client reports and MIS
- Communicate with clients for data and clarification

**Eligibility Criteria**
- B.Com
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in accounting/tax/audit
- Good command over MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, etc.)
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
