- Create innovative designs for showroom layouts, workstations, and customer lounges to enhance the client experience.
- Optimize space utilization for maximum efficiency, functionality, and comfort.
- Ensure that design plans accommodate the necessary equipment and workflow for detailing services.
- Coordinate with franchisees, project managers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of design projects.
- Oversee the execution of design plans, ensuring quality control and adherence to timelines.
- Prepare detailed drawings, sketches, and 3D visualizations of design concepts using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar.
- Produce design blueprints and technical specifications for construction teams to follow.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to source materials, furniture, fixtures, and other design elements.
- Negotiate prices and timelines to ensure project cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency across franchise locations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure the final execution meets design specifications.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to understand customer preferences and incorporate feedback into design strategies.
- Ensure studio set up as per company guidelines.
- Follow up and ensure on time franchisee studio ready as per TAT
- Manage Records and reports keeping for studio development works.

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**
- Must be outgoing, energetic and able to work with the people.
- Must have superb diplomatic and persuasive communication, social and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines.
- 2 -3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in retail, hospitality, or franchise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience working with franchise models or in designing spaces for service-oriented businesses is an advantage.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, or other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture design, and lighting techniques.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and architectural principles.
- Availability to travel as needed.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
