**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and integrate interior design solutions.
- Create detailed interior design concepts, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Develop material and finish specifications, lighting plans, and furniture layouts.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and project goals.
- Select and specify interior materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) within budget and design parameters.
- Work closely with construction teams to ensure design integrity and adherence to timelines and budget during the construction process.
- Provide design support during construction, including reviewing shop drawings, coordinating with contractors, and resolving design-related issues on-site.
- Conduct site visits to inspect the progress of work, ensuring quality and compliance with design specifications.
- Prepare cost estimates for interior design materials, furnishings, and finishes.
- Stay updated with trends in interior design, construction technologies, and building codes to ensure designs are innovative and compliant.
- Assist in managing project documentation, including design revisions, approvals, and change orders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- years of experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and materials.
- Excellent spatial awareness and the ability to create functional layouts.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to think outside the box.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
- Experience with project management and budgeting.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
