**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate **HMC, VMC, and CNC Lathe machines** according to job specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine offsets.
- Perform quality checks using **micrometers, calipers, and gauges** to maintain dimensional accuracy.
- Optimize machining processes for efficiency and tool life.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years** of experience as a CNC Machine Setter & Operator.
- Proficiency in operating **HMC, VMC, and Lathe machines**.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and use precision measuring tools.
- Understanding of G-code programming (basic modifications).
- Knowledge of cutting parameters for different materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi**controllers.
- Exposure to **5-axis machining** is a plus.
- Basic CNC programming skills.
