**Overview**:

- CRA is seeking **Quality Inspectors** to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role involves hands-on inspection, documentation, and coordination with production and engineering teams across the Energy and Defence sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform in-process and final inspections of components and assemblies.
- Use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify, document, and report non-conformities.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Assist in maintaining calibration records and inspection documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Lean).
- Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams to ensure compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering OR relevant technical certification.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with inspection tools and techniques.
- Ability to interpret 2D/3D engineering drawings.
- Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP or quality software is an advantage.
