3D Generalist- Full-time/Part-time- Full-time- Job Description**Job Title : 3D Generalist**

**Experience : 1-3 years**

**Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)**

**Summary**:
Mid-level experience in 3ds Max modeling, lighting, texturing, and rendering in Arnold.

Beginner level experience in AutoCAD with a basic understanding of drawings.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Excellent work ethics.

Rises to the occasion.

Knowledge of multimedia and/or graphics software, is an added advantage.

**Education**

Bachelor’s degree minimum. Certification in 3D education across multiple areas of study with a focus on tools, processes, and workflow is an added advantage. A degree in Mechanical Engineering is an added advantage.

**Work Samples**

Portfolio of work samples demonstrating modeling, lighting, and rendering skills in 3ds Max and Arnold is required. Submissions without a portfolio link or samples will not be considered.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Providing renders of systems to be used as Human Machine Interface (HMI).
- Manipulating or Editing models from other 3d software’s such as Solid works or Google Sketch Up, etc. in 3ds Max.
- Utilizing model, material, texture libraries for repeat equipment across various clients. Adds to model, material, and texture libraries when new equipment is created.
- Managing all revisions to models and renders made throughout the life of the project.
- Creating models in reference to photographs, images, video, screenshots, and/or.dwgs.
- Logging time daily and daily communication with the manager and team.

**Expectations**
- Daily meeting with team and manager to report previous day work and current day goals such as:

- What work has been completed and what remains.
- When renders will be done and posted to the server.
- Logging the time in the project management tool.
- Proactive communication skills to alert manager when there is a problem or more clarification is needed to complete a project is an essential skill.
- Can work nontraditional hours, can stretch the work hours to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexible attitude when revising projects.
- Stays Current with technical trends and is ready to adopt new technology.
- Open attitude towards learning new softwares and techniques beyond modeling in 3ds Max, such as emulation software, photo and video editing software, and 3d animation.
- Acquire basic skills in warehouse flow to fully understand the work and its purpose.
