Job Description:
As a 3D Generalist Experience 3 to 5 years, your role will be integral in creating high-quality 3D assets, models, and animations for various projects. You will collaborate closely with artists, designers, and developers to ensure the seamless integration of assets into the final product. Your expertise in Blender, Substance Painter, and Photoshop will be essential to achieving the desired artistic outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:
Utilize Blender, Substance Painter, and Photoshop to create visually appealing and technically proficient 3D assets, models, and animations.
Collaborate with artists, designers, and developers to ensure assets meet project requirements and artistic direction.
Develop detailed models, textures, materials, lighting, and rigging for characters, environments, and objects.
Optimize assets for performance and memory usage while maintaining visual fidelity.
Follow industry best practices and stay updated on the latest techniques and trends related to Blender, Substance Painter, and Photoshop.
Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements in workflows and processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to 3D assets and their integration into the project.
Communicate effectively with team members, taking and providing feedback to enhance the quality of work.
**Requirements**:
Proficiency in Blender for 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation.
Strong knowledge of Substance Painter for creating high-quality textures, materials, and shaders.
Proficient in Photoshop for texture editing, post-processing, and image manipulation.
Solid understanding of UV mapping, PBR workflows, and material creation.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, integrating feedback into the work.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in art style and quality.
Familiarity with optimization techniques to meet performance requirements.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
A portfolio showcasing your proficiency in Blender, Substance Painter, and Photoshop.
