As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms. You will play a key role in building and maintaining our brand's online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving growth through social media channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to share on social media platforms.
- **Community Management**: Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- **Platform Management**: Manage and update our social media profiles, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- **Social Media Marketing**: Execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and industry best practices.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to create effective social media content.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing and community management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools.

Pay: ₹9,570.00 - ₹27,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Weekend only

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (required)
- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
