**Key Responsibilities**
- Sales Documentation & Administration:

- Prepare, organize, and maintain sales-related documents, including quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Accurately process sales orders, ensuring timely and correct entry into the ERP system.
- Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database with client information, sales activities, and lead status.
- Data Management & Reporting:

- Utilize MS Excel proficiently to create, manage, and analyze sales data (e.g., sales figures, performance metrics, and inventory).
- Assist in generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management review.
- Prepare professional presentations and summaries using MS Word and other tools.
- Team & Customer Support:

- Act as the primary administrative link between the sales team, finance, and logistics departments.
- Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and sales events logistics as required.
- General Support:

- Handle correspondence and schedule appointments for the sales management team.
- Assist in market research activities as and when required.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BMS, or related field preferred).
- Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in a relevant administrative or support role.
- Technical Skills: Excellent command of MS Word and MS Excel is mandatory for data entry, reporting, and documentation.
- Soft Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude, ability to multitask, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred**
- Basic familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
