Starwalkers is a private teletherapy & parent-training clinic like no other. We are based in India, and operate galaxy-wide.

Our services span across galaxies for children and young adults, and we are specialists in working with autistic children, Gestalt Language Processors, children / young adults with communication challenges & sensory processing difficulties, and more. We are a Neurodiversity-Affirming practice.

**Job Description**:

- Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapist: Must be familiar with―and practice from―the Neurodiversity paradigm, OR be ready to learn about the same
- Answer direct phone calls
- Prepare & organize databases and reports
- Handle customer & employer information confidentially
- Resolve customer issues to their overall satisfaction
- Manage calendar & appointments of the client
- Schedule meeting spaces & conference rooms
- Ensure that the department is meeting its goals
- Responsible for achieveing the set revenue
- Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation of IEPs from therapists
- Help in creating resources for Speech Language Pathologist and Occupational Therapist
- Work closely with the founder & the team manager
- Help content creator in managing and promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organisation’s brand and social media strategy
- Maintaining an overall management style that follows company best practices.
- Online Resources & Programs: Be a part of online resource development and webinars conducted by Starwalkers to coach parents about communication area

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's / Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Speech Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, psychologist or related field
- RCI license, or current state / country license
- Must have a laptop & stable internet connection

Desired Skills:

- Punctual and follow code of ethics
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with computer technology
- Ready to learn and motivated to work with kids
- ~ 20k per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 42 per week
