**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular check-ins and support.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and preferences.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, providing expert knowledge about our products/services.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Resolve client complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, sales, technical support) to address complex issues.
- **Account Management**:

- Monitor client accounts to ensure all needs are being met and all deliverables are on schedule.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and information in the CRM system.
- Provide insights into client needs and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- **Reporting**:

- Track and report on client satisfaction, service quality, and feedback.
- Analyze client data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

**Preferred Skills**:
