**Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive**

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:
**Client Acquisition**:Identify and approach potential clients to understand their needs and promote our products/services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

**Sales Strategy**:Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

**Market Research**:Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Provide feedback on customer needs, market conditions, and competitor activities.

**Sales Presentations**:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services.

**Marketing**:
**Campaign Development**:Assist in the development of marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials.

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

**Event Coordination**:Coordinate and participate in marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Represent the company professionally at industry-related events.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Skills**:

- Sales negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies.

**Experience**:

- Experience in Aluminium or Glass Industry is a plus.
- Freshers may also apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
