**Role description**:
**Job Title: Technical Business Analyst**:
**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements aligned with business goals.
- Develop comprehensive artifacts such as **user stories**, **functional requirement documents (FRDs)**, and **acceptance criteria**.
- Act as a **proxy Product Owner** within Agile teams to facilitate requirement discussions and sprint activities.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure shared understanding and smooth project delivery.
- Use **SQL** and **BigQuery** to perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.
- Support **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** by preparing test scenarios, validating results, and coordinating user sign-off.
- Collaborate with QA Analysts to create test cases based on business requirements and ensure completeness of validation.
- Organize and facilitate **UAT sessions** and **user training** post-implementation.
- Maintain project documentation including status updates, requirement traceability, release notes, and roadmaps.
- Ensure all deliverables reflect **UST’s core values**: _Humility, Humanity, and Integrity_ and adhere to compliance standards.

**Primary Skills**:

- **SQL Expertise** - Ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries for validation and analytics.
- **Google BigQuery** - Hands-on experience with large-scale data analysis, report generation, and dashboard integration.
- Strong experience working as a **Business Analyst** or **Technical Business Analyst** in data-driven environments.
- Deep understanding of **healthcare data systems** - especially claims, provider, and member data.
- Proficiency in preparing high-quality documentation: FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.
- Familiarity with **Agile/Scrum** methodologies and ability to function as a liaison across business and technical teams.

**Secondary Skills**:

- Exposure to **data migration** or **data transformation** projects.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent **problem-solving** and **communication** skills.
- Experience coordinating **UAT** and conducting user training sessions.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**, especially Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, and Visio.

**Good to Have Skills**:

- Exposure to **Power BI** or similar data visualization tools.
- Experience working with **source-to-target mappings** and data lineage documentation.
- Familiarity with **regulatory and compliance** aspects in the healthcare industry.

**Work Schedule & Location**:

- **Shift**: Night shift (4:00 PM - 1:00 AM IST)
- **Mode**: In-office, 5 days a week
