
Conversion and Retention Executive

Our Crypto Department is currently looking for a **Conversion and Retention Executive** who will will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize conversion rates and maximize customer retention for our organization. You will utilize your expertise in marketing, analytics, and customer behavior to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, data analysis, and customer relationship management (CRM) techniques. The Conversion & Retention Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective campaigns and initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Customer Retention Strategy:
- Develop and implement aggressive customer retention strategies to improve customer loyalty and maximize lifetime value.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify key segments, preferences, and opportunities for targeted retention initiatives.
- Strategically develop customer’s retention promotions/rewards and VIPs
- Analyzing customer behavior (complaints, feedbacks/comments, satisfactions)
- Building positive relationship with customers and business associates.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor key conversion and retention metrics, track customer behavior, and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into conversion and retention performance, highlighting trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer segments, lifetime value, churn rates, and other relevant metrics to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Writing and presenting customer behavior reports
**Qualifications**:
- Any Nationality
- Min 3 years experiences in Customer Service, or Sales, Retention, Conversion and Marketing.
- Good communication skills (English)
- Proven experience in leading and supervising Telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Highly motivated and determined.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Experience or background in Online Gaming Industry and Crypto Currencies is an advantages
