**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Export Sales Representative** to help drive our global sales growth. If you have a passion for international business and are looking to be part of a thriving team, we encourage you to apply.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. **Market Research and Business Development**:Conduct thorough research to identify potential export markets for ropes, and related products.

2. **Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management**:Identify and approach potential international clients, including wholesalers, distributors, and retail chains.

3. **Sales and Revenue Generation**:Drive sales and revenue generation in international markets by negotiating contracts and finalizing deals.

4. **Pricing and Negotiation**:Negotiate terms of contracts, payment schedules, and delivery timelines with overseas clients.

5. **Export Documentation and Compliance**:Handle export documentation, including letters of credit, customs paperwork, and shipping documents.

6. **Order Management and Coordination**:Manage the full order cycle from the receipt of the export order to shipment and delivery.

7. **Marketing and Promotion**:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to international customers.

8. **Customer Support and After-Sales Service**:Provide post-sales support to international clients by resolving issues related to product quality, delivery, or payment.

9. **Reporting and Analysis**:Prepare regular reports on export sales performance, customer feedback, market trends, and opportunities for growth.

**Qualifications Needed**:

- **Education**:
○ A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.

○ A master's degree in International Business, International Trade, or Marketing (preferred).
- **Certifications**:Certifications in Export Management, International Trade, or Sales (e.g., Export-Import Management Certification, or similar).

**Skills Required**:
1. International Sales and Negotiation Skills

2. Product Knowledge and Market Understanding

3. Export Documentation and Logistics

**Work Experience Required**:

- **Experience Level**: 3-5 years of experience, with direct involvement in export sales of similar products (ropes, tiles) or in related industries.

**Salary Range**:₹45,000 - ₹50,000/month
