We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic, results-driven Sales Executives to represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Revenue Generation**:

- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting and selling the brand’s products to walk-in customers, through online platforms, and at events.
- Identify and approach potential customers, develop relationships, and build a loyal clientele.
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer preferences and needs.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Provide a personalized shopping experience to customers, understand their requirements, and offer product recommendations accordingly.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database for follow-ups and future promotions.
- **Brand Representation**:

- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that the brand image, values, and ethos are communicated effectively to customers.
- Keep abreast of the latest fashion trends, product details, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- **Store Operations & Inventory Management**:

- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the sales floor, ensuring that the store is well-presented, clean, and fully stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock as necessary, ensuring product availability for customers.
- **Sales Reporting & Feedback**:

- Maintain daily sales reports and share feedback with the management team to improve sales strategies.
- Provide insights into customer preferences and market trends that could influence product offerings.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in retail or fashion-related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ethnic wear and an interest in fashion trends is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and a drive to meet sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with sales reporting tools.

**Desired Experience**:

- 1+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in premium or designer wear.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role in the fashion or luxury industry is highly preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
