AS retail store associate you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product information, processing sales transactions, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and ensuring stock levels are adequate by restocking merchandise on the sales floor, all while adhering to company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities may include:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and proactively engage them to understand their needs.
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer questions.
- Assist customers in finding desired items throughout the store.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- **Sales Transactions**:

- Operate the point-of-sale system to process customer purchases accurately.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Package merchandise appropriately.
- **Merchandise Management**:

- Stock shelves and displays with merchandise, ensuring proper rotation and presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies.
- Assist with price changes and promotional signage.
- **Store Operations**:

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Follow store policies regarding visual merchandising and display standards.
- Participate in store opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with store cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing a positive shopping experience
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and calculations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail for maintaining accurate inventory and presentation
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules

Qualifications:
PUC/DIPLOMA /BCOM/FASHION DIPLOMA

Pay: ₹10,060.60 - ₹15,201.60 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Fashion retail: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
