Job Title: Back-End Executive

Location: Malad (West), Mumbai

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**

Maintain and update student records and data efficiently.

Follow up on fee payments and outstanding dues.

Manage offline and online enrolments through the designated portal.

Coordinate courier and dispatch activities.

Conduct documentation tasks and perform data entry, both online and offline.

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

Meet daily and monthly operational targets.

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**

Proven experience in an administrative or back-end role (1+ years preferred).

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Education**

Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (preferred)
Graduation Degree (preferred)
