**Job Title**: DevOps Trainer

As a DevOps trainer, your role is to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on DevOps practices and tools to students of various levels. You will be responsible for creating course content, conducting classes, and ensuring that students gain the necessary skills to succeed in a DevOps environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and update training materials, including course outlines, presentations, and hands-on labs.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on DevOps topics such as CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containerization, cloud computing, monitoring, and automation.
- Conduct practical exercises and hands-on labs to reinforce learning and ensure skill proficiency.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and projects.
- Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their questions and offering career advice.
- Stay updated on the latest DevOps trends, tools, and best practices to ensure course content remains relevant and up-to-date.
- Collect feedback from students to continuously improve the training experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Previous experience in training, teaching, or mentoring is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Certifications in DevOps-related technologies are a bonus (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate).
