**Job Title: Freight Broker / Logistics Specialist**

**Location**: Mohali (Onsite)
**Shift Timing**: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Freight Broker / Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery while optimizing costs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and clients to facilitate efficient freight operations.
- Negotiate freight rates and contracts to achieve competitive pricing.
- Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to clients regarding delivery status.
- Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the transportation process.
- Utilize logistics software to manage and track shipments effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics operations and enhance service quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Freight Broker or in a logistics role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
