**Job Title: eCommerce Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Platform Management**:

- Manage and optimize product listings on Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and promotions across all channels.
- Monitor platform performance metrics and implement strategies to improve visibility and sales conversion.
- **Order Fulfillment and Customer Service**:

- Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns and promotions tailored to each platform.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, and social media marketing techniques to drive traffic and enhance brand visibility on eCommerce platforms.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Analyze sales data, traffic patterns, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on eCommerce performance, ROI of marketing campaigns, and sales forecasts.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shastri Nagar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
