**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**: Provide clear and concise information to prospective students about courses, admissions, and certification programs. Guide them through the available options and assist them in making informed decisions.
- **Tele-calling & Follow-up**: Make tele-calls to prospective students, follow up on leads, and schedule counseling sessions. Ensure timely and effective communication.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Schedule appointments for counseling sessions, course enrollment, and meetings for students and staff.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, document management, and maintaining student records.
- **Maintain Office Environment**: Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and welcoming for visitors and students.
- **Communication**: Maintain effective communication with students and staff in **English, Kannada, Hindi, and Telugu** to accommodate a diverse student base.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Languages**: Proficiency in **English, Kannada, Hindi, and Telugu**.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- **Counseling Ability**: Ability to counsel students on available courses and assist them in choosing the best option.
- **Tele-calling Skills**: Comfortable making outbound calls and handling follow-ups professionally.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties efficiently.
- **Customer Service**: A positive, customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping students.

**Education & Experience**:

- **Education**: Any Graduate (preferred).
- **Experience**: Freshers to 5 years of experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in an educational environment.
- **Additional Skills**: Good interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
